City Wanderer

Back to the city usually means back to black. This leather jacket is seriously my little baby. I have had it for almost three years now and I swear it just gets better with age. It is my go-to and basically makes any outfit look just that much cooler. 

Anyway, happy friday! Can you believe tomorrow is the first day of March?  Oh how time flies.

Insta-Travel

One of my favorite things about traveling is documenting all the special moments and taking them all in when I get back home. I am back in NYC, but these snaps I posted on my instagram will always be there, making my memories last forever. I hope you all enjoy these little snaps from my travels in Mexico. From Cancun, to Playa Del Carmen, and mainly Tulum. It was an amazing experience and has left me with quite the travel bug. Luckily I am headed to SXSW soon with my roommate Christina... cannot wait for more adventures!

Staying Organized with OneNote

Back to the city means immediately time to get back to work! In lieu of my return from my travels, I thought I would it would be quite fitting to share with you my favorite way to stay organized... Microsoft OneNote app. I was recently introduced to this little wonder by the folks at Refinery 29 and can definitely say I am hooked. During my travels I used OneNote to draft upcoming blog posts and stay up to date with upcoming events in NYC. Staying organized has been one of my goals for 2014, so this app is a great tool to keep up my resolution. If you're looking for a way to make life a bit easier, I definitely suggest you check out the app!

Anyway,  I am back from Tulum and getting back into the city groove. Stay tuned for a few photos of my travels!

Postcards from Tulum

Hello from Tulum! This city has welcomed us with open arms and has been completely phenomenal. I cannot wait to share more of my adventures with you, but for now time is ticking... only two more full days in Tulum and I want to soak up every single moment of it.

Golden skies, Haze in Eyes

Oh goodness...Mexico has really been beyond beautiful. Here we were able to capture the sunset  atop our hotel rooftop in Playa Del Carmen(something I rarely get to see anymore being constantly surrounded by skyscrapers in NYC) and bask in what is appropriately named the golden hour. This Free People dress has been perfect for Mexico. I love the festive print and the flowy sleeves have made me feel so wild and free. And obviously my Soludos have been accompanying me on all beach adventures. Seriously the perfect shoes for this trip!

Anyway, today we are off the Tulum for three nights and I could not be more excited! Be sure to follow my travels on instagram, where I have been updating quite frequently! Have a lovely Saturday.

Travel Outfit

This is totally my typical travel outfit. Band tee, skinnies, a leather jacket and a cozy flannel in case I get cold on the plane. As I mentioned before I am traveling to Mexico TODAY! Sunshine here I come. We are hitting up Playa Del Carmen and Tulum... so excited I can hardly hold it in! I will be updating regularly while I am there, so be on the lookout for my adventures!

Sunshine, Finally!

Boy am I happy to see some sunshine here in NYC. I am not one to let gloomy weather get me down, but goodness has this winter been harsh. Don't be fooled, it is definitely still quite cold (I did have a coat that is not pictured) but there is SUNSHINE today and that makes me so, so happy! 

I have been dreaming of spring and music festival season, so I rocked this bohemian/ vintage-inspired look. Take away the tights and this would be a go-to spring outfit of mine. Anyway, I hope you all are having a wonderful Monday! It's going to be a great week.
