Cozy in The City

Oddly enough I have found myself rocking denim pants quite a bit lately. Even if you have only read this blog for a short period of time, you would find that I have quite the obsession with dresses/skirts/anything girly. I particularly love these high-waisted blue jeans from A&F- super comfy with a hint of vintage flair. I have been pairing these babies with fitted button-ups and suspenders like nobody's business. Here I opted for a cozier look... flannel + a sweater. A combination you just can't beat!

Aritzia Northern Lights Campaign

I am so excited to share with you all the final photos from my trip to The Yukon in Canada. Fellow bloggers Jules, Oliva and I were sent with Aritzia to shoot their Northern Lights Campaign in the beautiful great north. The Canadian Tourism Commission showed us the best the area has to offer. Waterfalls, Caribou, frozen lakes, evergreens galore, campfires and beautiful mountain trails. I will truly never forget this amazing trip. See more from the shoot here.

You know I cannot resist a cute animal print, so naturally when I saw this sweater I absolutely had to snag it. This weekend was literally perfect for sweater weather. Didn't even need a coat!

Worth & Worth Collaboration

Well... my dream has finally come true. After all these years of having a hat obsession, I got to design my very own! Recently I collaborated with Orlando Palacios, founder of Worth & Worth to create this cognac beauty of my dreams. Spot I love: Peels Cafe

Peels on Bowery in NYC. Seriously one of my favorites for brunch/lunch/dinner and everything in between. Pictured here: Grafton cheddar grilled cheese w/avocado, garlic sautéed kale, grass-fed beef cheeseburger, bloody mary cocktail and jasmine-infused gin, peach puree bellini. Yum! It's no wonder why I frequent this place so much.

Match Made in Heaven

Grey plaid + burgundy corduroy... match made in heaven? I threw this outfit together yesterday with my clothes in piles all over my room. I hadn't had the chance to unpack from my travels yet, so with my clothes in disarray these two colors really stood out. I am quite happy with the turnout!

Travel: Explore Yukon

 I cannot explain in words, nor photos even, how beautiful The Yukon was. Here are a few snaps from my adventures in the wonderful great north. I felt completely at peace with myself and nature. The Canadian-based brand Aritzia was kind enough to send me on this unforgettable trip. We spent 2 days shooting in the wilderness. Can't wait to share the campaign photos with you all but for now I couldn't help but share with you all this preview!

Beautiful Hudson,New York

A few last photos from my weekend trip to Hudson. Couldn't help but take a few snaps by this beautiful home we passed after eating at the local diner. It sure was cold, so I was as bundled up as can be.

Travel: Weekend Escape to Hudson, NY

This past weekend we took a little adventure up to Hudson, NY. What a picturesque town it was. We stayed at a bed & breakfast on the main street of the town, Warren, which was filled with antiques, coffee shops, vintage goodness, book stores, records galore and quaint cafes and diners. The town sits right next to the river and mountains which made for the perfect weekend escape from the city. I couldn't help but take a few snaps of our adventures.
